Roles and Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions, particularly using Health Cloud, to meet healthcare clients' needs.
• Lead integrations with APIs, microservices, and third-party systems.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards, particularly for healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
• Architect solutions to ensure secure access control and data privacy, in compliance with industry regulations.
• Use Agile methodologies to deliver solutions iteratively and efficiently.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce, especially Health Cloud, and multi-tenant platforms.
• Proficiency in system integration, API management, and real-time data integration.
• Experience defining architecture to support security, access control, and compliance.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and compliance needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Expertise in integration and microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for data management and analytics.
