Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
• Configure, customize, and maintain various Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
• Manage integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
• Analyze and optimize Salesforce-based workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and new features, evaluating their applicability to the organization's needs.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and administration.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency in working with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, architect solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in Salesforce projects.
