Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly within the Service Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Lightning and Apex, with a solid understanding of omnichannel setup and configuration. This role will focus on building and maintaining cloud catalogs to enhance customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and set up omnichannel capabilities to ensure seamless customer interactions across various channels.
  • Optimize the omnichannel routing and workflow to enhance service efficiency.
  • Build and maintain cloud catalogs to ensure accurate and accessible product and service information for customer service representatives.
  • Implement solutions to enhance catalog management and user experience.
  • Monitor and resolve any technical issues related to Service Cloud functionality, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to keep the Salesforce environment in optimal condition
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proficient in Apex and Lightning development, with a track record of implementing custom solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of omnichannel setup and configuration within Salesforce.
  • Experience building and maintaining cloud catalogs to support service operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
