Salesforce Principal Engineer – AI Experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and drive Salesforce enterprise architecture strategy across multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Lead scalable, secure, and high-performance solution design and implementation.
• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Flows.
• Architect integrations with ERP systems, data lakes, and external AI platforms.
• Implement AI-driven solutions including predictive insights, chatbots, customer service automation, and recommendation engines.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, data models, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to enable AI/ML pipelines and intelligent automation.
• Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Principal Engineer / Architect roles.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Security Model, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI Cloud, Einstein GPT, and Copilot.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, or Google AI.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, integration frameworks, cloud architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with Platform Events, Salesforce Flows, and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer 360 is a plus.
