Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs, and work closely with Salesforce Product/Engineering teams to design, build, and deploy solutions.
  • Communicate project progress, prioritization decisions, and roadmaps to senior leadership through updates, presentations, and documentation. Address urgent questions from leadership as needed.
  • Drive change management efforts, including communication, training, and support for partner teams, and provide troubleshooting assistance when necessary.
  • Own and manage your project roadmap by identifying new opportunities, proposing prioritization within existing requests, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work with Engineering and Analytics to automate repetitive operational tasks, such as candidate pipelines and data processing, to improve efficiency.
  • Navigate competing priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, proactively address obstacles, and influence resource allocation decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

 

Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce systems, including customization, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a project roadmap, balancing competing demands.
  • Experience with change management, including communication strategies, training programs, and support processes.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to drive automation and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
  • Experience in writing documentation and providing training on Salesforce best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
