We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive testing strategy, automation, and quality assurance for Salesforce nCino applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce and nCino expertise with strong automation and API testing skills, ensuring robust, compliant, and high-quality delivery across complex financial services ecosystems.
Required Technical/Functional Skills
- Salesforce Testing: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets
- nCino Module Testing: Loan Origination, Collateral, Deposits, Document Manager
- Test Automation: Selenium WebDriver, Java, Cucumber/BDD
- API Testing: REST & SOAP (Postman, REST Assured)
- Database Validation: Oracle SQL for backend and data integrity testing
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Data Validation, Integration, and Regression Testing
- Minimum 10 years of QA experience, including 4+ years in Salesforce/nCino testing
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy, automation framework design, and test execution for Salesforce nCino applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber (BDD), promoting shift-left testing practices.
- Validate Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, batch jobs, and security/access configurations.
- Perform integration and regression testing across Salesforce, nCino, and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Loan Origination, Treasury).
- Execute API testing for REST/SOAP web services, ensuring accurate message and token-based security validation.
- Conduct backend data validation using Oracle SQL to ensure data integrity between core banking and Salesforce systems.
- Manage defects, triage issues, and perform root cause analysis with developers, business analysts, and release teams.
- Ensure testing aligns with quality governance, regulatory compliance, and release control standards.
- Produce and maintain QA metrics, dashboards, and CI/CD-integrated reports via Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Mentor QA analysts on automation scripting, test design best practices, and technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of QA experience with 4+ years in Salesforce/nCino testing
- Proven leadership in large-scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or nCino projects
- Advanced programming skills in Java; hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber frameworks
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, LWC, validations, flows, permissions)
- Experience with nCino modules (Loan Origination, Collateral, Deposits, Document Manager)
- Strong Oracle SQL skills for large-volume backend data testing
- Expertise in web service testing (REST/SOAP), message validation, and token-based security
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, QA lifecycle, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills in Agile/Scrum environments

- nCino QA Specialist or nCino 201 Certification
