Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join their team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with a talented team that includes a Marketing and Data Specialist and a Senior Marketing Consultant. Your primary focus will be on leveraging eCommerce insights and digital marketing strategies to optimize our marketing efforts.

As a key member of the eCommerce Insights Team and the Digital Marketing Enablement Team, you will play a crucial role in configuring and managing data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help drive customer engagement and improve campaign performance through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support marketing initiatives.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation and analytics tools to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to continually improve marketing efforts.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically in data configuration and management.
• Familiarity with the platform's tools and functionalities, including email marketing, automation, and analytics.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification is required.
