This role involves developing and implementing SFMC solutions, integrating with other systems, and utilizing APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder to drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SFMC solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to create technical solutions.
• Implement email campaigns, mobile campaigns, automation workflows, and customer journeys.
• Develop custom integrations using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.
• Design and manage API, data integration, and ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot SFMC issues and ensure smooth system operations.
• Stay updated on SFMC features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Document development processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC development and configuration.
• Proficiency in SFMC Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Strong expertise in SFMC APIs, AMPScript, and SSJS.
• Familiarity with marketing automation best practices.
• Experience using JIRA or similar work tracking tools.
