Job Description

• As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer on the Visible Base Marketing and CRM team, you will use your experience in design, development, and execution, to deploy personalized customer-centric communications across Acquisition, Retention and Base CRM programs.
• Develop email, SMS, push, select audience criteria and build segmentation and journey's.
• Marketing and Transactional communications and implement customer lifecycle programs.
• Build emails, templates, interactive forms, and dynamic content blocks using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder.
• Create and update customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
• Create and update Automations and Automation activities (SQL Queries, File Transfers, Import Files, Data Extracts) in Automation Studio.
• Create and update cloud pages in Web Studio.
• Work with the engineering and testing teams to develop and QA automation triggers.
• Documenting data/process flows and QA validations
• Gather and translate business requirements into a technology solutions and implement in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Digital Operations, Legal, and Marketing.
• Collaborate and assist other teams with SFMC campaigns and projects.
• Be the channel expert for all things related to SFMC.
