Develop strategies to leverage guest insights for actionable improvements in our marketing campaigns and the customer journey.
Analyze results across SFMC marketing campaigns, Service cloud, and new customer acquisition efforts, conducting the backend response & ROI analysis.
Analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
Data analysis and Support efforts to improve segmentation and optimization of lists.
Evaluate A/B test results to translate results into insights and recommendations (i.e., audience, offer, creative, timing, retention, cross-sell, etc.)
Support acquisition programs including assisting with direct mail customer acquisition efforts, the largest driver of new clients
Uncover opportunities for growth and optimization by testing hypotheses and analyzing marketing tactics.
Requirements
Savvy with analytics, reporting, and funnel development; considered an Excel and data guru by your peers.
Bachelor’s, postgraduate degree or professional qualification.
Hands-on on SFMC, Sales cloud, and service cloud with an understanding of underlying data.
Experience with the following is advantageous: SQL, Google Analytics, Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds), Tableau
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to interact and contribute effectively with others in a fast-paced, collaborative team atmosphere.
Ability to organize and multi-task while completing projects to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
