Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to leverage guest insights for actionable improvements in our marketing campaigns and the customer journey.
  • Analyze results across SFMC marketing campaigns, Service cloud, and new customer acquisition efforts, conducting the backend response & ROI analysis.
  • Analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
  • Data analysis and Support efforts to improve segmentation and optimization of lists.
  • Evaluate A/B test results to translate results into insights and recommendations (i.e., audience, offer, creative, timing, retention, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Support acquisition programs including assisting with direct mail customer acquisition efforts, the largest driver of new clients
  • Uncover opportunities for growth and optimization by testing hypotheses and analyzing marketing tactics.

 

Requirements
  • Savvy with analytics, reporting, and funnel development; considered an Excel and data guru by your peers.
  • Bachelor’s, postgraduate degree or professional qualification.
  • Hands-on on SFMC, Sales cloud, and service cloud with an understanding of underlying data.
  • Experience with the following is advantageous: SQL, Google Analytics, Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds), Tableau
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact and contribute effectively with others in a fast-paced, collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Ability to organize and multi-task while completing projects to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • SFMC / Salesforce certification is a plus.
