We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to lead code reviews and drive solution design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
- Translate functional requirements into technical design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce platform.
- Lead development efforts for Salesforce applications, including integrations, customizations, and implementations.
- Build and enhance solutions using Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration frameworks.
- Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate efforts, define technical approaches, and support release planning.
- Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and support ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT with strong Salesforce development background
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Apex development and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data modeling
- Experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions on Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams
