Manage and facilitate two Scrum teams concurrently, ensuring successful sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support PI planning, ensuring alignment across teams and key stakeholders. Help define the backlog and prioritize work in collaboration with the Product Owner and Architect teams.
Actively identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the progress of the Scrum teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and other key business stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of work and clear communication between teams.
Manage, report, and escalate risks/issues related to project health, timeline, and team capacity. Provide regular updates on project progress, including sprint status, key milestones, and release planning.
Assist with capacity planning to ensure that teams are not overburdened and have the resources they need for successful delivery. Track project budgets, expenses, and assist with financial planning for project releases and rollouts.
Utilize project management tools like Rally, Miro, MS Teams, or others to track team progress, facilitate collaboration, and report on project health.
Required Qualifications
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
At least 5 years of experience in managing agile projects and Scrum teams.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred).
Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams (8-10 members) and managing cross-functional collaboration in a complex environment.
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, including the configuration and integration of health-specific features like patient management, care coordination, and compliance workflows.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience applying these practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Rally, Miro, Jira, or equivalent tools for sprint tracking, team collaboration, and reporting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Product, Architect, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to assess and manage project health, risks, and capacity planning.
