Duties and Responsibilities 

• Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
• Works with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
• Plan and monitor scope by ensuring that needs are within the SOW's scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
• Building a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement.
• Documenting requirements in User Story format.
• Performing rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into functional process components.
• Building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce.
• Presenting to executive-level audiences as well as technical teams.
• Leveraging multiple implementation team types (User experience, Change Management, Global Development Centers, Developer Communities)

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
• Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 8 years of experience
• Salesforce consultant certifications are a must
• Certified Business analyst certification is a plus.
