Salesforce Certifications required to be considered for this position: Certified Administrator and Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce, along with a minimum of 2 years in a Field Service Lightning environment
Implementing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions in a customer facing role
Experience in Design and implementing successful Field Service solutions - Scheduling and optimization, Resource management, Work Order, Skills, and Service Appointments lifecycle management
Experience in user, Service Resource and Field Service Lightning Configuration management
Implementation and support of Salesforce Field Service Mobile Application for end-users
Good understanding of data structures, data modeling and database schema
Experience using Salesforce tools and utilities (Data Loader, Eclipse Force.com IDE and Workbench) to ensure data hygiene and integrity
Extensive Knowledge of SOQL
Creates ad hoc and customized report types, reports and dashboards along with end-user training material
