We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSL Technical Lead / Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Field Service Lightning solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and scalable solution design, with a focus on leveraging standard FSL features and extending them where necessary.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Drive architecture and development using both standard Salesforce FSL features and custom Lightning solutions where required.
- Provide technical leadership for integrations with third-party systems, AppExchange products, and external applications.
- Define best practices for development, integration, deployment, testing, and release management.
- Guide and support junior developers, including effort estimation and technical clarification of user stories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and produce solution design documentation aligned with business goals.
- Develop and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities within FSL implementations.
- Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of Salesforce/FSL-related problems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce platform configuration and development.
- Hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience in system integrations, API development, and third-party tool integration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment processes, testing, and release management.
- Ability to design scalable solutions using standard Salesforce capabilities before custom development.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
