Salesforce Engineer with Release Management

Salesforce engineer (with release management background) OR release manager (with salesforce engineering background)

Hybrid, Phoenix, NY, or Sunrise- Florida.

• Requirements:
• 1 year experience in a role whose responsibilities involved hands-on release management (May be release management role, RTE role or engineering role)
• Skills:
• Strong skills with Git and GitHub Workflows
• Salesforce Programming (Apex, Javascript)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose failures quickly.
• Basic familiarity with Agentic coding and AI tools
• 1 year full time salesforce engineering
• Must be willing to 1x a week work late 8-10pm MST/11pm-1am EDT to assist with release (we’re not asking anyone to work more than 40 hours - the expectation is they’d move working time from later in the week or from earlier that day)
• (If Phoenix based) must be willing to attend early morning meetings for coordination with IST team.
• Location:
• Hybrid assignment in Phoenix, NY, or Sunrise. (Temporarily they may not have to come into the office 3 days a week but that may change in the future)
• Nice to have:
• Phoenix-based

Candidates must pass a tech screen based on judgment of reviewing sr engineer

Tech screen will consist of sample repo build or deployment issues and investigating and/or resolving those issues, as well as explaining/communicating findings.
