Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce platform operations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Perform application support activities on a rotational basis as per customer needs.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy Salesforce code and configurations.
• Work with SOQL, Copado, and DevOps automation tools to manage deployments and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Leverage automation tools to improve support efficiency and application performance.
• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Document solutions, configurations, and procedures as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Proficient in SOQL, Copado, and DevOps/CI-CD automation tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise systems.
• Must have Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
• Experience in automation using relevant Salesforce and DevOps tools.
• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to participate in rotational application support as required.
