• Gather and analyze functional requirements from business users

• Provide technical solutions for business problems and process improvements
• Support business process automation and integration needs
• Provide production support to ensure Business As Usual (BAU)
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement and system enhancements

• Salesforce Workflow Automation (process automation and triggers)
• Salesforce Report Builder (create and customize reports)
