Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations using OmniStudio, Flows, and LWC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize complex business processes and automation using Salesforce tools like OmniStudio and Apex.
• Create and execute testing plans, user training, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and remain current with new Salesforce features and updates.
• Work with APIs, integrations, and other third-party tools to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment for iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Manage Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
