Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning, and SOQL to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement high-quality, scalable code for both frontend and backend of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Provide technical leadership to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, and actively contribute to team discussions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs as required.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and services.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Proficient in Java and related frameworks for backend development.
• Experience working in Agile development teams and handling Agile processes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Visualforce, workflows, triggers, and more.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integration, and working with external systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
