Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define, document, and implement Salesforce-based projects.
• Work closely with the Salesforce Systems Administrator to design optimal technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore teams of developers and quality engineers.
• Communicate project status, technical challenges, and creative solutions to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality and alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend AppExchange products and third-party technologies for use within the organization.
• Enforce and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with both new and existing code.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Salesforce Developer in an enterprise environment (1500+ users).
• Expertise in Visualforce, Apex Code, and Force.com development.
• 2+ years of experience with Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with System Integration (REST API), including unit testing and code validation.
• Strong understanding of web technologies: HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• 3+ years of experience in SDLC, Agile methodology, and tools like Metadata API, Change Sets, and Ant.
• Proficient in SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration and development.
• Functional knowledge of CRM concepts and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce applications like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Answers, Ideas, and Knowledge.
• Advanced understanding of the Salesforce data model, including custom objects, junction objects, and related schema elements.
