Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and implement FSL solutions, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Service Territories.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs to address specific business needs.
  • Integrate FSL with enterprise systems such as MuleSoft, SAM, and other third-party applications.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide ongoing support per defined SLAs, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and create technical design specifications, user manuals, and configuration guides.
  • Deliver ad-hoc training and end-user support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of FSL features.

 

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, including setup and configuration of work orders, service appointments, and service territories.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and mobile FSL app capabilities (including offline functionality).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration with third-party applications.
  • Ability to create detailed reports and dashboards for service operations tracking.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, create technical design specifications, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and creating user manuals and configuration guides.
  • Knowledge of Youreka Form is a plus.
