Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs and enhance system functionality.
• Build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Visualforce, JavaScript, and jQuery to improve user experience.
• Ensure the availability of the Force.com platform and provide on-call support to resolve any application issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze system requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Create detailed testing and implementation plans, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption. Provide user training and create relevant documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the development of scalable and efficient solutions.
• Develop custom features and functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards to manage user access and visibility.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications via APIs to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to continuously improve the development cycle and deliver quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce concepts such as permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working within Agile teams.
• Experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, and Visualforce to create custom UIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments.
• Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
