Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform):
- Architect and implement data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, offline) into Data Cloud using connectors and APIs.
- Data Cloud integration with Snowflake, SFMC and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Design and manage data models, unified customer profiles, and identity resolution rules.
- Configure data streams, data bundles, and data lake objects to support real-time segmentation and activation.
- Build calculated insights and activation targets to power personalized campaigns across channels.
- Ensure data compliance, governance, and privacy controls are enforced across all data flows.
- Prior experience in Health or Finance industry.
Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio):
- Implement real-time behavioral tracking across web, mobile, and email channels.
- Configure decisioning rules, audience segments, and personalization campaigns using Interaction Studio.
- Develop custom templates, components, and scripts for dynamic content rendering.
- Integrate Interaction Studio with Journey Builder to trigger contextual journeys based on user behavior.
- Monitor and optimize personalization performance using analytics and A/B testing.
