Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Data Cloud site, adhering to the approved designs and requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce’s best practices and platform capabilities.
• Capture and document technical and functional requirements in user stories using the Aha! platform, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and seamless communication with business stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and performant code. Provide constructive feedback to the development team to improve code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Deploy Salesforce Data Cloud and related solutions across the organization, ensuring proper configuration, integration, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect with other systems and external data sources.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce developments, best practices, and emerging trends in Data Cloud solutions. Continuously improve your skills and those of your team members.

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on developing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification highly preferred.
• Strong experience in Apex development for building backend logic and server-side processing.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for developing responsive and interactive UI components in Salesforce.
• Extensive experience with REST and SOAP APIs for building integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations and customizations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Aha! for documenting user stories and managing day-to-day tasks, along with participation in standups, sprints, and scrum calls.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including sharing rules, permission sets, and profiles.
