Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect with strong consulting expertise and a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clients and industries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud, aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs.
- Define data models, security frameworks, integration strategies, and governance standards.
- Work with multiple clients, each with unique org structures and technical environments.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical design reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and recommended approaches.
- Lead technical design for new Salesforce CRM implementations and major enhancements.
- Guide configuration, customization, development, and integration efforts.
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Design integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Define and oversee data migration strategies, including mapping and validation.
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare data and security requirements, particularly for Health Cloud.
- Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and establish reusable standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience, managing multiple concurrent engagements.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including person accounts, care plans, and healthcare workflows.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Advanced Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant).
