Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release process using Copado, managing deployments, version control, and user stories.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for Salesforce changes.
• Administer Copado for managing releases, user permissions, pipelines, and monitoring deployments.
• Oversee sandbox management, data migration, refresh scheduling, and environment consistency.
• Enforce strict change control processes to ensure releases align with organizational policies.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate releases and resolve deployment issues.
• Continuously optimize release processes for speed, reliability, and efficiency, and identify opportunities to automate workflows.
• Maintain detailed records of deployment activities, including logs, audit trails, and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Copado for release management, version control, and CI/CD automation.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, custom objects, flows, triggers, and Apex code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab or Bitbucket for automated deployments and Git for version control.
• Expertise in automating release processes to minimize manual deployment bottlenecks.
• Experience with Salesforce sandbox management, data masking, and test data seeding.
• Familiarity with Salesforce governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
