Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
  
• Implement and configure Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform.
  
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and business logic using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality implementations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  
• Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce best practices and configuration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Cloud methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
• Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment.
• SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) good to have,
