Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and manage both business and technical requirements for Salesforce and related systems.
Create clear and concise process documentation, user stories, and test cases to ensure that project requirements are understood and met effectively.
Work closely with business and IT teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
Utilize your Salesforce knowledge to analyze and improve business processes and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Work on integrating Salesforce with ERP systems to streamline business processes and data flow.
Ensure all solutions meet the requirements of SOX compliance and other relevant regulatory standards.
Participate in the creation of test plans, and ensure successful execution of test cases to validate functionality and performance.
Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing support for Salesforce and ERP-related processes.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce and ERP systems.
Strong experience in gathering business and technical requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processes and test cases.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration practices.
Knowledge of SOX compliance standards and experience ensuring compliance in system implementations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst).
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
