Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and manage both business and technical requirements for Salesforce and related systems.
• Create clear and concise process documentation, user stories, and test cases to ensure that project requirements are understood and met effectively.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
• Utilize your Salesforce knowledge to analyze and improve business processes and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Work on integrating Salesforce with ERP systems to streamline business processes and data flow.
• Ensure all solutions meet the requirements of SOX compliance and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Participate in the creation of test plans, and ensure successful execution of test cases to validate functionality and performance.
• Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing support for Salesforce and ERP-related processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Strong experience in gathering business and technical requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processes and test cases.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration practices.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance standards and experience ensuring compliance in system implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
