Role Summary
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from Asset Management stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce or other technology platforms.

Core Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct workshops with Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Investor Relations teams
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
• Support system implementations and migrations
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams
 
Asset Management Specific Responsibilities
• Understand Asset Management lifecycle: 
• Fund launch 
• Investor onboarding 
• Trade lifecycle 
• NAV reporting 
• Investor reporting
• Support CRM implementations
• Document regulatory and compliance requirements
 
Technical Skills Required
• Salesforce Functional Knowledge
• Business Process Modeling
• Requirement Documentation
• SQL (basic understanding)
• Data Analysis
• Excel and Reporting Tools
• Process Mapping Tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
 
Salesforce Knowledge
• Salesforce Admin or Functional Knowledge preferred
• Financial Services Cloud knowledge preferred

Education:
