Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • Map out existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation using Salesforce tools.
  • Work with workflows, process builders, validation rules, and security controls to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce Einstein and other Salesforce analytics tools to drive data insights, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making.
  • Propose solutions to improve reporting, forecasting, and predictive analytics capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Understand and document business processes related to Health Benefits Administration (HSA, FSA, Cobra, etc.) and ensure that Salesforce solutions meet these unique needs.
  • Provide expertise in configuring Salesforce to support industry-specific requirements, including integration with health benefits platforms, where necessary.
  • Work within an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that deliverables align with the defined business requirements.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement across Lead to Cash and Issue to Resolution business processes and design Salesforce solutions that streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are integrated seamlessly into Salesforce.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (required).
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Solid experience with Salesforce workflows, process builders, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes related to Health Benefits Administration (HSA, FSA, Cobra) and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Experience in Lead to Cash and Issue to Resolution business processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions and system enhancements.
  • Salesforce Einstein and Salesforce Knowledge AI knowledge is preferred.
  • Consulting Cloud Certification in Sales and/or Service (preferred).
