Key Responsibilities

• Assess current Salesforce solutions and recommend improvements based on best practices.
• Design and implement Apex solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the integration of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and PROS CPQ to enhance sales and marketing processes.
• Enforce governance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices across development and configuration.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Maintain architectural documentation and share knowledge with internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and developing custom solutions within Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., PROS CPQ, Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of CPQ solutions and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Platform Developer) are a plus.
