Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce & Automation QA Lead to lead QA initiatives for Salesforce applications and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce functional testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration, combined with leadership skills to guide QA teams and ensure high-quality delivery in Banking, Insurance, or CRM domains.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce projects.

  • Define test strategy, test plans, and automation approach.

  • Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation tests.

  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright).

  • Conduct Salesforce application testing: UI (Lightning), data validation (SOQL), and cloud flows.

  • Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

  • Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira, qTest, or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

  • Provide test metrics, status reports, and quality insights to management.

Required Technical Skills
  • Salesforce functional testing: Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Sales/Service Cloud flows

  • Salesforce basics: Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Profiles, Roles, Permissions

  • Automation tools: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright

  • Programming: Java / JavaScript

  • API testing: Postman, REST Assured

  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps

  • Cloud testing platforms: Sauce Labs, BrowserStack

  • Domain experience: Insurance, Banking, or CRM

Managerial & Soft Skills
  • Experience in leading QA teams and coordinating with technical/business teams

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology

  • Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills
