Job Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce audit logs, ensuring they are properly tagged to JIRA and ServiceNow tickets.
• Collaborate with the development team to gather the necessary information and ensure accurate tracking of logs.
• Support SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of audit logs and tickets.
• Use JIRA for ticketing, tracking, and managing tasks related to Salesforce logs and compliance activities.
• Conduct regular interactions with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Ensure that all activities are aligned with the organization's compliance and auditing standards.
• Communicate complex audit-related information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Expertise in JIRA and familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal auditing processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
