Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily administration tasks such as user setup, permissions, and data maintenance.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain declarative automations using Flow and Lightning App Builder.
• Manage sandbox environments, installed packages, and system security settings.
• Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance requests, and release updates.
• Collaborate with users and teams to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Support reporting and dashboard creation; Analytics Studio experience is a plus.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira for tracking work.

Job Qualifications

• 8+ year of Salesforce or CRM admin experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Flow, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and Salesforce data model.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or Trailhead Ranger preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
