Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain declarative automation, especially using Flow Builder, to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Migrate legacy automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) to modern, efficient Flows.
  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for platform issues, particularly around Flows, Apex code, system integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or similar financial/project management systems.
  • Maintain and enhance custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Manage deployments using tools like Gearset in accordance with SDLC and change management best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain source control (Git, Bitbucket) and support robust release pipelines.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement system enhancements that align with business goals.

 

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably Certinia or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with Gearset, change sets, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and version control tools such as Bitbucket or GitHub.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
