Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize SOQL/SOSL queries to extract and manipulate data; integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs and SQL, including ORACLE databases.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce platforms including Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
  • Use Git for version control, managing code repositories, and tracking changes to ensure smooth collaboration and integration.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, ensuring reliable and efficient release of new features and updates.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to support business operations and enhance user experience.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing issues and ensuring effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and development processes.

 

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
  • Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL queries and integration with SQL/ORACLE databases.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms like Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in Git version control and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
