Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs.
  2. Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  3. Customize Salesforce by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
  4. Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper access levels and security settings.
  5. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
  6. Perform data imports, exports, and data quality assessments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Salesforce database.
  7. Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, addressing any technical issues or questions related to Salesforce functionality.
  8. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices, and proactively implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and consultants for more complex customization and integration projects.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any system or application-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) or higher is required.
  3. Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security protocols.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
