We are seeking an experienced Sales & Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS to drive solutioning, pre-sales activities, and strategic engagements for manufacturing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle ERP functional areas, Oracle AI capabilities, and a proven track record in leading large Transformation and AMS programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS solutioning for manufacturing-led clients, delivering tailored ERP solutions.
- Own pre-sales architecture, value articulation, estimations, and deal qualification.
- Position Oracle AI capabilities, including Fusion AI, OCI AI, embedded, and hybrid AI scenarios.
- Shape proposals for large Transformation and AMS engagements.
- Engage CXO stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and design tailored Oracle ERP solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations (Cloud & On Premise).
- Provide technical support across the full sales cycle, including proposals and negotiations.
- Stay current on Oracle ERP roadmap, AI strategy, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to meet client timelines.
- Deliver insight-driven reports to senior management.
- Build and share reusable pre-sales assets.
- Manage relationships with Oracle Alliance partners and industry analysts.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
- Proven success selling Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS, preferably in manufacturing contexts.
- Prior Oracle employment strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering at least one large Transformation and one AMS program.
- High-level understanding of Oracle ERP functional areas: Financials, SCM, CX, and On Premise.
- Proven experience in solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales consulting.
- Clear understanding of Oracle AI capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in pre-sales or technical consulting, with 15+ years overall experience.
Preferred / Managerial Skills
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Certifications in AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
- Experience working with top Oracle Cloud implementation partners.
- Strong experience collaborating with Oracle.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and best practices.
- Awareness of competitive ERP products and market trends.
