Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the implementation and optimization of SailPoint for identity and access management (IAM).
• Analyze user requirements and business processes to improve IAM solutions and document current and desired states of SailPoint implementation.
• Work closely with organizational units to understand current operational procedures, identify issues, and define program requirements.
• Document user needs, system capabilities, and detailed steps for program development or modification.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with IT teams to develop functional specifications for IAM solutions.
• Assist in integrating IAM software with infrastructure and applications, focusing on identity federation, SSO, role-based access control, and provisioning.
• Maintain and configure SailPoint platform, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.

Required Experience

• 8+ years working with SailPoint and identity management systems.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IAM domain.
• Strong background in identity management concepts, including SSO, identity federation, directory architecture, and role-based access control.
• Experience with access request and certification, user lifecycle management, and organizational change management.
• Ability to articulate technical architecture and collaborate with diverse IT teams.
• Solid Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
