Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure SailPoint identity management solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability.
  • Manage user access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with governance policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SailPoint platform.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SQL, LDAP, or other directory services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based identity solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
