Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions, including connector integration, lifecycle event workflows, and access certification campaigns.
• Customize and extend SailPoint functionality using Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
• Configure and manage identity governance components such as role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions aligned with business needs and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and entitlements.
• Support SailPoint upgrades, patching, and performance tuning efforts.
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and procedures for audit and compliance purposes.
• Stay current on IAM best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proficiency with SailPoint connector configuration (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills in Java, BeanShell, PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance.
• Familiarity with security best practices, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA), and identity lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
