We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and implement identity management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SailPoint IIQ development and a deep understanding of identity governance, security protocols, and integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and design architecture for identity management using SailPoint IIQ.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the development and customization of SailPoint IIQ solutions.
• Implement connectors and integrations with various systems.
• Facilitate provisioning/deprovisioning and certification life cycle management.
• Customize workflows, create rules for provisioning, certification, and aggregation.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables for identity management initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for identity management systems.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of identity management concepts and technologies.
• Expertise in SailPoint IIQ Development (E2 to E3 level).
• Proficiency in Java, XML, and related programming languages.
• Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in identity management solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement identity governance solutions.
