Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the product, managing the product backlog and ensuring that the work aligns with business priorities and delivers the most value to stakeholders.
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Prioritize product features, user stories, and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility to maximize impact.
• Work with product management to translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear and actionable for development teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision, roadmap, and overall strategy.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners and teams to ensure cohesive product features and deliver a unified experience across various customer touchpoints.
• Champion and implement the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure agile methodologies are effectively followed within the development process.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to assess product success, make data-driven decisions, and identify areas for improvement or strategic pivots.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience as an agile product owner, with at least three years working in a Scaled Agile environment (SAFe).
• Experience in areas such as data, logistics, or operations is highly preferred.
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Align, or similar platforms.
