Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Rust
• Build simple, elegant, and well-documented APIs with a strong focus on:
• • Clarity and usability
  • Scalability and performance
  • Flexibility and extensibility
  • Versioning strategies and backward compatibility
  • Robust error handling
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define and implement technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and consistency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with the Rust programming language
• 1+ year of experience designing and implementing APIs with an emphasis on:
  • Clean architecture
  • Scalability and maintainability
  • Error handling and versioning
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid or distributed teams
• Familiarity with modern backend architectures and services
• Experience with performance-critical or systems-level programming
