Rust Developer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of overall software development experience
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with the Rust programming language
• 1+ year of experience designing clean, scalable, and well-documented APIs with strong focus on versioning and error handling
• 1+ year of experience with C++17
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of system-level programming and performance optimization
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Experience building scalable and flexible software components
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and code quality best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with concurrent or distributed systems
• Knowledge of memory-safe programming and Rust ownership model
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
