Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into RPA solutions and develop automation workflows using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Maintain solution documentation and conduct testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in process reviews, provide technical solutions, and help develop delivery strategies.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and prioritize solutions based on impact and feasibility.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues during the stabilization phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), strong programming skills (e.g., C#, Python).
• Proven RPA development experience, process analysis, and solution implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
