Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Oracle RMS modules using PL/SQL, Pro*C, and Unix shell scripting.
• Design and implement integrations between RMS and other retail systems (e.g., ReIM, RPM, ReSA, SIM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and technical documentation.
• Support data migration, batch processing, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and technical fixes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System) technical components.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and Oracle database concepts.
• Experience with RIB (Retail Integration Bus) or SOA-based integrations.
• Good understanding of retail domain processes (item, purchase orders, inventory, pricing).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Retail Suite (ReIM, RPM, ReSA, SIM).
• Exposure to cloud or modernization projects (Oracle Cloud / AWS).
• Experience in Agile development environments.
