Identify data-related risks and associated controls for key business processes, including Record Retention, Data Quality, Data Movement, Data Stewardship, Data Protection, and Data Sharing.
Monitor and analyze data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive remediation of audit and regulatory feedback.
Develop deep understanding of enterprise data policies, serving as a policy expert and educating teams on policy implications.
Perform holistic platform data quality monitoring, focusing on critical data elements.
Collaborate with product managers to ensure new use cases comply with data governance policies.
Contribute to strategic improvements in data assessment processes and analytical tools.
Support regulatory reporting needs by partnering with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, and technology teams.
Act as subject matter expert across multiple platforms and assist in developing the data compliance roadmap with the Data Steward Manager.
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance (metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.).
5+ years of experience in Data Quality Management.
Intermediate competency in SQL and Python or related programming language.
Familiarity with data architecture and data modeling concepts.
2–5 years of experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.
