Roles & Responsibilities 

• Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored RFID and supply chain solutions using RFXcel products.
• Configuring RFXcel's software to meet client-specific needs, including setting up data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Delivering training sessions to clients and their teams on how to use RFXcel's software and related processes effectively.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in Rfxcel.
• Knowledge of Life-Sciences industry and Supply chain traceability solution.
